University Program

Qualified Universities and Educational Institutions must have active EE/CS/VLSI teaching courses.

MMI University Program software is not to be used for commercial gain.

Participants sign a 2-page NDA

In just a couple of weeks, you could be running MMI software at your universty

You must be a Professor or University Administrator (not a student) to apply.

MMI Software runs in a LINUX environment. Your institution will need to provide a LINUX machine to host MMI tools.

Software installation is handled through a small "HostID" utility. You will need to run the "HostID" on your LINUX machine and email the resulting output to Micro Magic, Inc. A license is then cut for that machine and emailed back, along with a password for downloading.

If you are interested in using Micro Magic Design Tools at your educational institution, contact:

Chalkboard Lecture

Many VLSI professors prefer Micro Magic tools because they are easy to learn and use, allow for customization, and do not 'lock-in' your organization to proprietary file formats.
