Qualified licensees will receive a free MAX-View license good till July 31, 2009.

This is a limited time promotional offer. All free licenses expire July 31, 2009.
After that time licenses will be available at the regular price of $8,000 per year.

Why is MAX-View Free?

To introduce users to the friendliness and performance of Micro Magic tools.

Who Qualifies?

U.S. based individuals within a company engaged in the design or production of IC's.
All decisions for free licenses are at the sole discretion of Micro Magic, Inc.

Procedure for obtaining Free License.

1. Meet qualifications.
2. Complete Registration Form.
3. Someone from Micro Magic will call to provide your password and download instructions.

Terms and Conditions

MAX-View will not allow editing or saving your design. Update to MAX Layout Editor for these capabilities.

MAX-View licenses are node-locked , meaning they are fixed to a single computer. Floating licenses may be available by special request.

Licensee must complete an installation procedure.

MAX-View licenses are restricted - they may not be copied, shared or redistributed. [ See License Agreement for more information ].

Support is not included in the free version of MAX-View. Support can be purchased as an option.

MAX-View licenses will not automatically renew. You will not incur any charges based on this license now or in the future. If you choose to renew or upgrade, you will be issued a new license.
